    Went into TD Bank branch in East Brunswick NJ recently. Spoke with Jia Syed regarding difficulty in setting up automatic monthly transfers on-line. She was very pleasant & set-up both of the transfers while I sat at her desk. Have gone to this branch several times & she has always been great to deal with.

    We have been customers at the TD Bank Route 18 East Brunswick Branch for more than 24 years. Over all these years, we have found that TD Bank's Customer Service group (Tellers etc.) and Retail Bankers provide outstanding customer support - consistently. A HUGE shout out to Gia - time and again, we have found her to be JUST AMAZING - pretty much in anything that you ask her about. She is highly knowledgeable, has excellent communication skills, and is customer-focused. Gia has a smile for you, any day you show up. We really missed her for a while there when she went to another (competitor?) Bank - and were OVERJOYED to see her return, likely at a higher position. More recently, I have worked with Mel Vangelova, Retail Banker, at the same East Brunswick branch. Mel too is very knowledgeable and seems to have deep expertise in her role at the Bank. She always provides excellent and consistent outstanding Customer Service Support Staff. THANK YOU, Gia, Mel, and the ENTIRE Team at Route 18 TD Bank Branch.
