  I wanted to thank Frank who helped open an account for my 16 year old son and recommended Pops for breakfast which is down the street and is a great place to eat. I live in Budd Lake and went to 3 banks there to open an account. They all seem to have layed off so many people that you have to make an appointment to open an account. I have been banking with Provident for 30 years and have never had a problem and the people have always been helpful. I moved and the bank is a bit far away, but I am loyal to people who help me and it has been worth the drive. I thought I'd try a bank closer to home for my son, but they really did not seem interested enough to provide the service that they used too. Provident still does. Frank spent at least a half an hour with us opening the account. I really appreciate his attention. It is what I am used to with Provident. I do most of my stuff online, but it is nice to be able to go into the bank and talk to someone instead of dealing with an AI auto attendant that you normally get when you need to call. Provident still provides in person personal service with a minimal wait and they are nice about it. I highly recommend Provident bank and once again thank Frank.
