- MDMia DanaeOct 9, 20251.0This establishment is extremely ableist and ageist. They hold money back from homeless seniors, who rarely have anyway of getting around. Their employee’s are rude and I would say down right heartless. They have no empathy for an 80 year old woman who needs her social security money to survive, they’d rather lock her bank account (for no valid reason) and make her jump through hoops to get it unlocked. Mind you AGAIN, this woman is disabled, does not have transportation, and is homeless. This is extremely unprofessional and the lack of empathy from this company is just unbelievable. I would not suggest banking with Wells Fargo, specifically this location in Deptford. Their one employee that I know by name, Elizabeth, is extremely apathetic and inconsiderate. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with her.

I have had a difficult case and everybody is specially Joshua yesterday has been very helpful and escalated my case. He sat with me for hours… he is one of the most loyal, good intention driven, and diligent workers in this branch. After a month of ongoing poor support I have gotten from online and phone service, the staff here had stood up for me for years by providing their precious time to rectify cases with poor customer service prior via telephone and online.i cannot thank everyone who has helped me there and Joshua recently. 5/5 service I will give a 10 stars if I could.
