- KSKarl S.Dec 13, 20241.0This is now the third time I’ve visited this branch, and now with the proper Power of Attorney paperwork during business hours, and once again, there was no manager available to assist me or help clarify the next steps regarding my account. It feels like each visit is met with more frustration, as though they’re actively avoiding providing clear answers. This has been the most confusing and unprofessional banking experience I’ve had, and I’m genuinely concerned about the lack of transparency and support. As this situation continues to unfold, I will be updating my review, but at this point, I feel completely dissatisfied with the service.
