  I’ve always had good service from Provident. This week, my expectations were surpassed on 2 occasions, thanks to Thomas Mann at the Denville branch. Issues I thought would take hours and hours to resolve, were resolved within minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable - Thank you, Thomas!

  For over 30 yrs plus of doing banking with Provident they still treat their customers so disrespectful & RUDE!!!! Ricardo Agostinho - Branch Manager of Denville branch is the worse person I ever met!!!!! Considering his the manager, he walked away while I’m still talking to him. He didn’t even ask me to come to his office & talked the issue & never explained about it! And when I called their customer service the same treatment you get over the phone! And I’ve noticed 3 branches I visited all their employees never smile & never friendly like other banks.

  I left a review regarding my experiences here. They responded with "call customer service", and their phone number. I called, the have no intention or ability to help me in my situation. Why would they respond to my review? What is the purpose? If anyone at this bank actually cared, you'd call me. You have my number. Please do not request I call customer care, sit in a queue for 20 minutes to have zero abilities or intentions to actually fix any issues that I was ensured you could.

  I’ve been banking with provident for a while. Every time I visit this branch I have a good experience. They are always professional and friendly and are able to get my requests completed in a timely fashion. Sharon is particularly helpful. 5 stars.
