- URUser RFeb 1, 20201.0Every time I go to this bank there’s always a issue with a teller speaking in an aggressive tone when trying to help you. Today Amber, told me she was unable to help me make payments on my account because of my debit card. As I assure her the gentleman in the cubicle (His name start with A) has been extremely helpful when doing a cash advance for the last year. Amber began yelling on 2 different occasion as I walked away and ignored the shouting on both times and seek help from another lady standing. Sadly, even through Amber assisting another customer in the branch and another teller assisting me as I explained what’s happening Amber still continued to yell across to correct me in my story. This by far has been one the most embarrassing situation when I originally walked in to make a payment on my loan.
