I came in for help with my account and customer service was extremely disrespectful.. i’m not sure of her name (didn’t have a name tag on) but it was an older white lady with a bob.. she had a lot of attitude and it seemed like she didn’t want to work.. if you need assistance with first bank I would highly recommend going to a different location!!!

Not a convenient bank to use. If you don't use the mobile banking they delete your online account. Whenever I need to log in, I have to call and get my account setup again, and then wait and see if anyone will decide to help. Online reset doesn't work, no one answers the phone, no one returns calls. I only use this bank for the convenience of my tenants, definitely not for my own. 😔
