When a bank one has been in the orbit of ( thanks to ever changing hands) for decades prioritizes a far better deal only for "new money", well, draw your own conclusions.. It's a shame what has become of "customer service".

Originally went to the 715 Elizabeth Ave branch which was a terrible experience. Very insensitive and unprofessional. So I refused any further service from this particular branch. I decided on the Cranford branch for service. Best decision ever. Bank manager and teller treated me very professionally and was also remorseful for my lost. I would not recommend the Elizabeth branch. Terrible service. Someone please clean that place up. Cranford thank you for the great service 🙏
