- LCLeslie CavrellSep 17, 20255.0I was going through my bank statement and saw a large withdrawal that I couldn’t remember that I made. I called the bank, Spoke to Savitree Baksh. She made the time and immediately had me come over to review the situation. The person at Wells Fargo, who she called to resolve the problem, said he had a copy of my withdrawal slip, but we couldn’t see it. Savitree found it and we confirmed it was me. She saved my life. We This cancelled the process of submitting a claim, sending me a new card, transferring my account to a new account. The freeze was taken off and all of that was cancelled. She was so helpful, kind and patient. Thanks to Savitree!!!!
