Yo mean to tell me that if 5 people came in with $5000.00 checks they wouldn’t have the funds on hand?

When I went in to open a personal account I was redirected to open a business checking account for my personal 401k. I since discovered that several of my associates were able to open personal accounts and avoid monthly service charges by keeping a minimum monthly balance. I called to correct this twice but went into 'transfer ping pong' with no acceptable result.
