I brought a ripped 100 dollar bill in to have them exchange for me as most people would assume is the norm. The bill was 3/4 intact actually more like 5/8ths they stated because it wasn’t presenting both serial numbers they can’t replace it. It was indeed missing two letters and one number. Been a td customer for a long time i just don’t see where this is ok.
