Unprofessional, especially for a person like me who keeps a lot of money in this bank. I’m seriously thinking about moving my money elsewhere.

There is always a line and the people with the cubicles BS the hell out of you just to try to get you to open up an account and that’s the only bank that still does not allow people inside try to wait online tell her drive-through good luck with that three hour wait closing my accounts down going straight to chase Bank. Horrible bank is understatement. If I can give it a zero star I would.
