  This Valley Bank, located behind Corrados in Clifton, is a smaller, yet very efficient bank to serve my banking needs. The service here is quite superlative, as well as being friendly and engaging. It also has an ATM and a drive through to help those in more immediate need of service. One other noticable presence here, and that is the presence of a security person. It sure helps make the customers feel safer.

  NO STARS Not specifically about this branch but the Valley bank as a whole Very bad experience No security for the money in the bank Last month I found around 10 transactions on my account which was never made Got the txt alert and immediately called the customer service and found my debit card was used for making transactions even from London The debit was never used before anywhere and safe in my drawer which clearly prove the information leaked from the bank itself Anyway cancelled the card which stops drawing the money from my account Then the real headache Talked to the customer service almost every day multiple times disputing illegal transations and sending signed documents and anyway got credit for all except an intentional service charge which I didn't bother going back Now today july 28th I was surprised they revised a transaction for $235 which was disputed in may and was credited in June Called the customer service again and as per the rep this is a considered ad a valid transaction as per bank which happened in Ohio where I never visited in my life Now again I have to go back and forth with this bank to get my money back Now keeping the minimum balance and would like to close the account once this gets settled What a pain Won't recommend this bank to anyone
