This bank is an insult to the word “bank.” Everyone working there appears to be incompetent and shows no appreciation for customer business. After five years of working with them, they still haven’t updated the correct business owner name in their system. When I called out the manager for being incompetent, he responded by closing my account. This is the kind of “customer service” they provide to businesses.
