  This by far is the worst bank branch ive ever been to. The hours are clearly listed on the website and doors but these two women there seem to keep a different one. How are the doors closed 15mins before 5pm as posted. And then when your try to get their attention they give you the worst looks or try to avoid eye contact. I usually dnt take pleasure in writing negative feedback but this is the 3rd time this place has wasted my time

  I have been banking with Valley for 28 years now and this branch honestly I have no words I have three accounts there today I transferred $400 I told the guy can you refresh your page it'll pop up I just transferred the money over he scoffed at me did a little laugh like I had no money and told me no you have no money now if you would have went into my savings account you would have noticed that there was about $4,000 in there that's one of my savings account but you didn't want to refresh your page I drove right down the street to fort Lee got great service got greeted didn't get laughed at or treated as if I didn't have any money you guys really need some manners or people working there that are a little older in age that know how to handle people I've been in retail management for 35 plus years so I'm very well aware of how a customer should be taken care of.

  This bank DOES NOT care about it's customers. I was treated very rudely when trying to make a deposit at the drive up window with my elderly husband. I asked the teller if I could come inside to make my deposit & she said I needed an appointment to make a deposit. Yet, NO ONE WAS in the bank! I asked the teller when the next appointment was & she wouldn't tell me. It is OUTRAGEOUS to be treated this way when every other store on the street is open for business.
