- NNNohmanOct 7, 20251.0This was the worst experience. I came in to get a simple notary done, but once again, no one was available. They told me I needed an appointment and no one was available to help me today which seems to be the case every single time I visit this branch. It’s an ongoing issue where either no one is available to help or they’re booked up for the day. I waited in line for a long time just to be told, “We can’t help you.” Very frustrating and disappointing customer service. It takes 2 minutes to do a notary and waiting 10 minutes in line is just crazy.

I will be back for sure. Made me feel welcomed as a customer. Not all tellers have a keypad so NFC doesn’t work at all stations.

I asked again...still ignored. So I went inside. They have been cashing third party checks for me on a regular basis. I usually deposit them. Today they refused to even do that. This bank is in an area where there is a different bank on every block. So tomorrow I will be going back there for the last time to close my savings account and moving on to another bank.
