  A few weeks ago I had a very personal issue and was in a bad place and had to manage my bank accounts by myself for the first time. Eva was very patient and helpful and extremely empathetic and compassionate. She put a smile on my face and eased my nerves all while explaining to me what I had to come back and do. When I did come back she immediately recognized me and inquired if I was doing well and wished me luck.

  I just recently acquired a nail salon business at, 1717 Sicklerville rd Sicklerville NJ, 0808, formerly Lisa Nails Spa. There was a lot of paperwork that needed to be completed and the staff here were more than helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct and went smoothly. I highly recommend this location. Thank you!!

  Thick, white teller working around 10:00 AM at the counter was extremely unprofessional and rude to my mother while making a transaction. My mom traveled to South Jersey for business. Instead of asking proper account verification questions to confirm her account information, she used a nasty, short, tone asking her, “Why was she here from East Orange”? With a very rude and demeaning tone as if she didn’t belong in the area. It was not the question that she asked, but simply the tone and body language paired, facial expressions that made this an unprofessional and unpleasant experience. This isn’t the treatment any customer should receive when they are handling funds that they put into their account. “A professional is someone who can do his best work when he doesn't feel like it.” – Alistair Cooke.
