Just a box on the floor with a picture of a snow globe. It's a very depressing place and you can see the morale of the employees is down.
- SESarah EnglishSep 12, 20251.0Went into TD bank to replace my stolen debit card on Friday ( 9 - 5). The desk consultant stated I would receive my new card in the mail in 1-3 business days. It has currently been 7 days. On Wednesday ( 9- 10) I called the Clark TD and they lied that my card was sent out through the mail on Friday ( 9-5). I have been waiting for my card so again today 9-12) I had to call TD customer service. I was notified that TD never sent the card on the day stated but put an order in 6 days after my initial request to have a new Debit Card sent to me. So currently I am still waiting for a debit card. Very disappointed in Clark TD “customer service” !
