Only issue I had was with the policy. Why must I be charged to change my own money into money. Regardless, if you have an account you are charged 10% of the total for counting change. It makes absolutely no sense, but they’ll probably right off as “it’s an expanse to maintain the machine”. Aside from that, the people were cool.

I went to a different branch a week later and had a completely different experience, super helpful, and they even commented that they were not sure why this branch was unable to help me.
