When i went to my regular bank i was able to get help right away and it took maybe 10 mins. This wells fargo wants me to make an appointment. It makes me so upset to see people doing nothing and being so unhelpful. On my way out one the bankers not doing anything gave me a dirty look like how dare i try to make her do her job......Extremely Disappointing
