This bank experience was horrible. My partner and I opened a business account and were dealing with customer service for 4 days. We came to the branch for assistants and the Indian lady who helped us said she was in “training”. No problem we sat down and explained everything calmly and collectly as we have been told the runaround the past 4 days. She picked up the phone gave to us to give our information (we have already done this step 8x) without even speaking to the customer service rep first. AS A BANKER. When the customer service rep asked to speak with the banker, she took the phone bank told her she would call back from a different number. Hung up and told us she could not help us.
How is this professional? No one who works at the bank in person or over the phone can help or even give an answer besides call customer service?
I have never ever in my life experienced such an unprofessional awful banker. She was rude, threatened to call security because she refused to give us her name.
I advise anyone who banks with them to never go to the cherry hill branch on kings highway. She said she was in training and then said she was the manager after we threatened to escalate to higher ups.
She was a liar, extremely unhelpful and rude she did not even care to listen to what the real issue was. Please avoid this bank if you do not want to deal with rude people.

Agreed with everyone else: the worst bank in the area!! I believe the Truist only hires those people who are incompetent doing their jobs to work in this branch!!
A month ago, I came to this branch to open a new account and was asked to schedule an appointment 3 days later!! I went to another branch and opened my account in the same day!
Today, when the branch I opened my account was closed, I had to come to this branch to make a deposit thru drive-thru. The cashier took much longer than usually, and didn't get it done. He finally asked me to come inside. Fortunately, there's a lady who seemed to have more experience got the deposit done.
Honestly, all the employees in this branch should be replaced or simply fired!! I'd never come back to this branch again!!
