The customer service at the branch at 225 Greentree Road Marlton NJ is awful. Both Barbara and the branch manager there have treated me as just someone off the street not like a loyal customer of 50 plus years. I visited that branch on Friday 11/14/25 and had questions the next day on Saturday (they were both working) and they don’t want to return my calls after speaking to both of them 1x each.
I’m upset enough to get another ride (I’m handicapped) to the TD bank and close both of my accounts and take my business somewhere else.

It sad to see you will be closing our Hudson Falls,Ny branch.. maybe you don't realize but our small community depends on this bank as you have many customers that use this besides corporations.. it's dependable the crew here are super friendly to all of us..you have many walkers in this town that depends on this bank and you want to close it .I'm praying you don't ..and will consider not closing these doors here..no one wants to walk 10 to 15 miles to get to the next closest bank ..think of the community think of all the elderly and disabled people that use this bank..bring back the saving the gift cards that we once had here..keep our bank open..

Td Bank is the worst. They mislead you with the overdraft charges and how they work and access them. They charge ridiculous maintenance and bank check fees. I maintain the account, not them. You can also get Western Union money orders at Walmart or Stop and Shop for about $1 a piece. Last time I tried to get a bank check from Td it was $8 and that was about 5 years ago. Also I am constantly having trouble logging into my account whether it's on the app or through my browser. Either way it doesn't matter, it's always some kind of problem with them. Customer service is typical. It's non exsisant and I can barely understand what the agents say.
