- JHJazzi HunterDec 3, 20251.0I was just about to leave a five star review because when I go to the bank, I’ve had excellent customer service from the young man who sits in a very far corner in the Customer Service area not at the telephone counter that said the fact that this phone would ring and the nonsense repeats itself over and over and you never ever answer your phone but your for people back to your main line. Why do you have a phone? Why is this Bank using resources to pay for phone that you never answer and you go on and on and on? it’s like a hell online to listen to this banking hours ATM people want you to answer the phone to talk to you? We don’t want to hear this long spiel that just never ends. I’m sorry but now I’m closing my account. This is unacceptable. You have human beings in our bank and I’ve gone in there cause I live behind a bank many times and sit around doing nothing on the phone ringing you don’t answer the phone. I’m done. I don’t want your bank. I won’t be able to talk to a life person and have a question answered you deserve the low ratings you hit.

Next time I'm going to take to them the same way I'm going to make such a scene maybe a manager that cares about there store comes out and takes care of business
