I used to rave about the customer sevice and now I find myself completely frustrated.I moved to another state and I am trying to speak with somone at my branch but I cannot get ahold of anyone. I call and call noone ever answers. It will send me to a Lakeland customer line that sometimes answer and when they do answer they tell me its a branch issue they cant help me. So they will email the branch for me and I never get a call back. I have emailed the manager and have gotten no response or call back. I cant believe that the bank I used to love has become like this its aweful
