The manager here the young guy little chubby with dark hair should be fired he has no business working in a bank .
- SCstacy ConradMay 15, 20231.0I joined over 30 years ago when it was still Commerce and TD inherited the account. They no longer have coin counting machines because of the law suit/s. They also no longer do the visa gift cards. Took away perks. Drastically shortened operating hours since the times my account was opened. Used to be open early, late, weekends and most holidays. Didn’t want to sell rolled quarters. Raised fees. When you go in the lobby they tell you to insert ATM card in order to be helped. They always seem short staffed. They do not want to handle receiving rolled or unrolled quarters quarters either. I only brought in $20 worth recently and they complained about having to handle coins at all. Even if they no longer have a self serve coin counter for customers they should still be able to have one for employee use to handle legal tender. Just not very friendly or nice at this branch.
