I already have a personal account and credit card with Wells Fargo, so I figured it would be pretty straightforward. Instead, we were told we couldn’t do it without an appointment and were basically turned away! Honestly, that felt wrong. What bank turns away someone who wants to open account? I left feeling like my business didn’t matter, even though I’m already a customer here. We ended up going to OceanFirst right after and they opened our account on the spot, no problem. Not a great experience and definitely made me think twice about sticking with Wells Fargo.

- CHComedy HouseApr 6, 20201.0The worse experience I have ever had. Rude and very disrespectful. My last experience with them was in 2016 and anytime I use Rt70 and I see their building I ask myself a lot of questions. Never make a mistake going to this this branch. Cashiers are exempted.
