- LHlakristy HollowayNov 8, 20231.0If could give 0 stars I would, I walked into this branch wanting it to withdrawal money from my rewards account and was told to use ATM. I then tell the banker that you can only Withdraw In increments of twenty dollar bills I wanted to withdrawal thirty I was told I could not do that even though I have done it countless times at other branches. The manager got very nasty in telling me to go to the ATM when I stated the same to him that I said to banker. He then told me well wait in line (which no one was in line)and she'll be glad to help you. She had already stated that she did not know how to do what I needed her to do. She asked him for help and he pawned me back on to her So I just walked out and also let them know that their ATM was out of order. I'm not one to leave bad reviews. But as you can see, this branch has a low rating because they are incompetent on providing good customer service. Obviously !
