- EMEli moralesSep 16, 20251.0Horrible service . I know I don’t bank here at td bank . Took money out on atm went inside and asked for change 2 tens for a twenty which I just took out of atm. Teller responded with you don’t have an account and i don’t have money here . Didn’t offer to open account and more important what teller doesn’t have cash. Need to train better “ words usage “ for deposit growth etc and I work at a bank. I would have accepted we don’t help non clients etc but that’s a garbage answer to say no money with teller “ okay” and to not offer a sales service they aren’t doing td bank any service besides being order takers !
- JCjess cAug 20, 20251.0I went there because I had an issue with my card while I was down here. The 1-800 number on my card advised me to just go to their to have a new credit card printed out. Even though I had my card (chip broke) it was marked as lost, When she went to regenerate a new card for me.... She then realized their entire branch had no cards available that day. Literally after she processed it. How they don't check inventory or things like that first thing in the morning before they start their day is beyond me. She sent me to another TD Bank that was about 20 minutes away. I get there and they can't do it because it takes several days for the card number to even generate. This was absolutely frustrating. Not only did they not know they didn't have any credit cards in their building but clearly they don't know the process of how things work and sent me all the way there for no reason. So I still left having to wait for my card in the mail. Get it together.
