Instead of helping me, she openly disagreed with my situation and even embarrassed me in front of other customers. No one should be treated this way, especially in a professional setting like a bank. This was humiliating and completely unacceptable. I will be closing my all accounts and changing banks. Extremely disappointing service.

There personal touch makes them in my eyes one of the best banks i have the pleasure of dealing with, with a bright and cheery staff, down to earth great personalities it's no wonder lakeland bank is number 1 Update: Finally it came to an end lakeland bank broke my heart! IF you are in NJ and need a bank then its great, if you start traveling state to state to state then i suggest staying with a bank that is all over the country
