- EAElizabeth Adams-EilersJan 2, 20265.0I called this branch as a non depositor, they are not my bank, to ask about a credit card withdrawal, and the employee was friendly and helpful. Now, I am thinking about opening a checking account there.
- RARyan ADec 9, 20251.0The employees here are fine, but this company is an absolute joke. First, last year Wells Fargo reported $19.7 BILLION in PROFIT. Not revenue, PROFIT. Yet when I went in to open an account for a non-profit organization, they have 0 options to bank with them without charges. Despite almost $20 BILLION in profits in one year, Wells Fargo decided they cannot help even small, non-profit companies. Second, their customer service is terrible. You cannot do anything without scheduling an appointment. The day I walked in to open an account, multiple employees were sitting around, and yet I was asked to come back. Third, their website wastes your time. After making an appointment, I was given a call hours later to cancel my appointment. Apparently the website decided to schedule my appointment with an employee that doesn't open new accounts. Absolute garbage company and another perfect example of why our lives are so hard now. Wells Fargo has spent the past two decades buying up every small bank that would give you better service, just to make sure they can squeeze every dollar from your pocket while offering you nothing.

I’ve had an account over 10 years, and wanted to open an account for my minor children and was told they needed ids, one is 15 and the other 10, they dont even have school ids. So I was told to open one online, which I didn’t have the option. Today I went in to deposit money and asked if they had a bathroom for my 3 year old and specified it was a baby, they said we couldn’t use it, it’s in a secured area!!! How rude! Inconsiderate!
