This isn't something you typically see with most branches. Alejandra was the first to greet my son and I while helping me with my transactions she had my little guy feel like he was a part of their family. I'm glad to see there's still banks that truly care for the people.

All were very helpful and made my experience super easy. Unfortunately, my last visit was not the same as my first. The teller who helped me second time around was Pronita. She was quite rude while explaining their policy and was unpleasant for the majority of the time she helped me. When asked if I would like to open an account with them; I said no thank you, not with your customer service. I then gathered the money I cashed and left. If it’s not the gentleman teller with blonde hair helping me out, I will not be going to this location ever again. Very disappointed in the choice of Wells Fargo’s employees.
