- KKKAZINov 3, 20251.0I have called twice to discuss my accounts. No one really wants to help you. The gentleman was very rude. I changed my account to platinum savings, and he told me it will take 15 days to apply without any proper explanation. Very, very disappointing. Sebastian has no idea when the new interest rates will apply. Just told me to wait. I can't believe I bank here. ***Nov 12: No one called me back regarding the follow up. I had to call and ask for Sebastian and explain again why the interest rates still not applied. The bank has no clue and now I have to wait another 10 days. This location sucks and wells fargo sucks as well. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WORK HERE.

Instead what I got in this location is misdirection that I was basically committing fraud because my ID names didn't completely match. Let you"supervisors" know they need to work on their wording. They didn't cash my check and had to drive to the next location who didn't give me this refusal. Why would two locations gladly accept my checks but this one be completely utterly useless.Two stars, one for the older woman trying to understand my situation, and the there for the Nutley location saving the day.
