I came in to dispute fraudulent activity on my account, and the teller told me I had to wait for the only specialist available because she “couldn’t assist with that.” I waited patiently for an hour and a half, understanding that there were people before me. What was completely unacceptable is that after all that time, the same specialist told the teller—the one who originally sent me away—to handle my transaction. I ended up being helped by the exact person who said she couldn’t assist me in the first place. I wasted an hour and a half for no reason. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

I had two very simple requests. But you should wait when they are available to refuse your request. Very surprised and disappointed.
