- NANa AnMar 10, 20241.0I left the bank a few years ago after being a customer for years. I tried to overlook how rude the tellers were but it was too much. Over the weekend my new banks cash machine was down so I went to use Lakeland’s. There was a malfunction and I needed assistance and there was that rudeness all over again. It’s not what you say but how you say it!!
