- BLBrian LoreDec 19, 20251.0Nothing better than getting hacked and losing a bunch of money due to the incompetence of your bank. TD had a massive data breach and all our information was leaked. We had someone get into our account, and lost most of our money. Today, while closing our account and getting our money left over, we encountered a level of attitude that is unfathomable. I’ve read things about Julia being kind, compassionate and understanding. That could not be further from the experience we had. She was rude, disrespectful and dismissive. I’m so glad we finally found a bank that actually gives a crap about their customers. Stay away from this TD. They are lazy, they are disrespectful and lack empathy for those they’ve screwed over. In fact, they will add more frustration to top it off. Julia is over her head, does not belong in customer service and should find a job slinging burgers in the back.

- SSStanley SmithOct 26, 20251.0Walked in at 1pm on a sat hrs say they close at 2 the girl behind the counter sees I have a box of prerolled change and says something to another girl behind the counter I can clearly hear that she doesn't feel like handling my business couse there talking shit so the other girl who I believe could be a manager gives me some bs excuse on the vaults are closed so she can't help us I would of taken her word for it but she was talking all that crap amongst her co worker it's hard to believe when the vault was wide open very unprofessional
