  Worst branch to do business with. None of the employees know the actual rules or policies of Valley Bank. They will blatantly lie to their customers without remorse. They'll refer you to their customer service number knowing that they can't do anything to help out with the issues they have. Even the customer service representatives lie to their customers. Because they don't know their own policies. They refer you to go back and forth with no resolution. Complete waste of time. They don't care about their customers and are condescending.

  I had a truly outstanding experience at Valley National Bank thanks to the exceptional service we received from Ms. Marylin Cruz. From the moment we arrived, she showed genuine professionalism and friendliness. Her dedication to helping us understand our options and complete what we needed made the entire process smooth and stress-free.   Ms. Marilyn Cruz helped my family and I in our finances. She took her time explaining all the information we needed and answering all of our questions/concerns we had. She is very personable, articulate, warm, welcoming, and you can trust and confide with her. She will always have your best interest at heart and set you up for success. Thank you again!   My review regards the Belleville, NJ , Aitken branch of Valley National Bank. There is one reason why I feel this bank is exceptional and deserving of my business and that reason is a shout out to three of the women that work there. Irene Maria, Yrene Aviles, and MaryEllen Miele, are the epitome of what it means to do their jobs with professionalism, kindness, understanding , and compassion. These girls deserve every accolade I can possibly write! Thank you, girls, for ALWAYS being helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. You truly are the best of the best!

  If I could provide a 10 for the Aiken branch at Franklin and Joralemon, I would. The employees are superb: knowledgeable, great customer service, friendly. All the superlatives for this branch!
