Their customer service is the worst of any business I have experienced in my life. The staff is terribly rude and almost impossible to talk too. I wish I had read their complaints filed against them before refinancing my loan. The small interest savings was not worth the horrible service. My old company was amazing. Lesson learned! Always do your research. They have many lawsuits against them
