Not only are they always messing up their hours but their policies are not taught to all the employees in the same way so you get different results every time you go. Just a terrible bank with terrible people working there. 0/10 will never visit again.

This would have never happened if the person that helped me knew what the hell they were doing and just didn't assume. I will be changing my bank account from TD to a more professional bank that cares
