  After making a routine deposit of a check of $25 and $100 in cash at this branch, I left satisfied. But to my surprise and dismay, my account was submitted for a review. Not because of any irregularities or broken bank policies, but simply because this branch systematically racially profiled me. I had no idea behind these friendly faces and smiles would I be subjected to racial discrimination because of the color of my skin. I'm appalled and disgusted.

  I've been to this location two times, and the same person attended to my needs -- Franny Salcedo. The first time took me aback because she was so efficient and helpful, she streamlined the process for me and resolved my issues perfectly. She speaks fluent Spanish which is my first language, and she was so reliable and friendly! She informed me of the best offers the bank had to offer for people my age, and I left this location very happy because of her! The environment was also wonderful, highly recommend this location and agent!

  I had a really great experience over at this branch. I got my car loan through Valley Bank at the dealership I purchased my car. The dealership must have not correctly filed my paperwork because I never received any information about making a payment. After many phone calls and no results to Valley Bank’s customer service number. I became frustrated and went to this branch location. Both Alex Angelakopulos and Joshua Furlong helped with making the process of getting the information easy. They helped me with getting my car loan paid off as well as helping me with securing my gap insurance reimbursement. I really appreciate the work and help they did for me. I can’t thank them enough!
