- BBBethSep 16, 20195.0I don't understand the bad reviews. I've been to this bank a few times over the year and so far it has been good. Only huge downside is that they close too early and I can't find a way to deposit checks via the app like all other banks do. The wait time is typically less than a few minutes. They have more tellers than the branch on Broadway as it's bigger and always friendly. Also, they have free coffee.
