Why was my account even closed when I didnt close it was for a helo which last 10 yrs my 10 yrs not up Im so angry with this bank nothing has changed

It's hard to get a customer service representative on the phone. And today, I received a letter informing me that I needed to take action on something where in reality, no action was necessary. I've grown weary of their numerous errors. I will shut my account down soon.
- NSNicholas SciarrilloJul 26, 20251.0This is the worst credit union you can possibly get. I've been having issues with my ATM card for over a year. Multiple new cards, multiple pin changes, etc., and fraud prevention still states there is nothing wrong. Good luck going to the actual "bank" you can't take more than 1000 out because they don't have enough on hand. Starting new accounts elsewhere is a PITA but it's well worth it. Just don't start an account with them.
