- CHChristine HNov 6, 20251.0I've been a member of this credit union for 42 years. Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill over the past five years. It's hard to get a customer service representative on the phone. And today, I received a letter informing me that I needed to take action on something where in reality, no action was necessary. I've grown weary of their numerous errors. I will shut my account down soon.

Multiple new cards, multiple pin changes, etc., and fraud prevention still states there is nothing wrong. Good luck going to the actual "bank" you can't take more than 1000 out because they don't have enough on hand. Starting new accounts elsewhere is a PITA but it's well worth it. Just don't start an account with them.
