- KNKim NOtteJul 22, 20251.0TD BANK has gone to trash in the last few years. I recently went to the Barnegat branch. We had a graduation for my daughter and she went back to South Carolina the day before I went to the bank. She signed over her checks to me and I made a deposit or at least try to make a deposit into my account so that I could Zelle her her graduation money. They would not allow me to make this deposit. I gave them my ID. I have about five accounts there. All my kids have accounts there yet They would not allow me to make the deposit into my account even though the checks were endorsed to me. The teller spoke to the supervisor. This is the bank that I banked with all the time. They have become completely. And not helpful at all. If it wasn’t such a hassle, I would pull all my accounts which I am considering!! It’s actually ridiculous what they are putting people through. I Recently added an employee as a guardian onto my account allowing her to make deposits when I went away. They were giving her a hard time. So, I added her as a guardian. They still gave her a hard time. I was told that sometimes it takes a few weeks for it to be entered into the system. Isn’t it all the same system. Like I said, if you are considering TD BANK. Don’t do it. They’ve gone south.

I went to the TD in Manahawkin and it took over 35 minutes but the same transaction here in three separate visits took ten minutes, ten minutes, and twelve minutes. 3 visits in less time than one visit at the other branch PLUS the tellers are extremely pleasant!
