- BPBlaise PiazzaJul 29, 20255.0I was surprised to see some negative reviews on this branch as I have had nothing but positive experiences with the personnel. Sometimes the banking laws curtail the ability of the personnel to satisfy one's requests. EG. I found out your not allowed to deposit cash in an account that doesn't belong to you. That was frustrating when I wished to deposit cash into my kid's account. But it was due to anti money laundering laws; no reason to be angry at the personnel. Sometimes over the years the ATM has been broken or the door won't open. But technology giveth and technology taketh away! I would be angry too about the torn $20 dollar bill with no compensation which was a legitimate complaint from a previous reviewer. But all in all this branch does a very fine job!

With a closing time of 5pm for both there and other Wells locations, I went to one ten minutes away instead of “coming back tomorrow”- her suggestion. I opened one in Fair Haven and was out by 5pm. Now I understand why no one was in the Atlantic Highlands branch
