  This is the worst branch I have ever encountered. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for twenty years. The customer service was just poor and unprofessional at the this location. My husband and I visited the Atlantic City branch because it was convenient with our current location. We only stopped in to have a document notarized. We waited twenty minutes before anyone asked what we needed, this banker was currently assisting a customer. While we were waiting, I could hear the banker speaking out very loudly the customer's confidential information such as her income and the amount of funds she was depositing. This should be done in a private area, or the banker should not speak confidential information out so loudly. However, Barbara assisted us after we observed her walking around the branch checking on the bank tellers that were busy serving customers. Barbara asked us three times if we were account holders with Wells Fargo. The third time, I kindly offered my Wells Fargo bank card for verification. Honestly, I left the branch with the desire to just close my account with Wells Fargo. I pondered about it and decided, two unprofessional bankers should not influence my banking relationships. Wells Fargo is a great bank for your banking products. If at all possible, avoid the Atlantic City Branch!

  Having the ATM vestibule, which you need a Wells Fargo card to even get inside of, close at 9pm is a ridiculous “procedure” that reflects poorly on this branch. What’s the point of the vestibule if it’s not accessible after hours?

  Not 24 hours!!! Traveled all day to get to Atlantic City. We're daytime sleepers but there aren't overnight flights from our location so we went first thing in the morning. Was about 4.5 hour trip. Dealt with flight delays almost missing our connection, having to check bags when we paid for carry on option, not getting the rental we were supposed to and having to go with another company with a last minute reservation costing more money. We got here to the hotel and the amount they told us when we reserved the room was a lot less than what they said when we got here, so we had to go add money to our account at the ATM. This was the closest one. We drove all the way there, and it was closed! By this time we are thoroughly exhausted and ready to cry. We ended up having to drive 20 minutes to the next closest location, which was mostly 25 mph and a million red lights. If it's not open 24 hours, don't have it posted that way! There were also a lot of sketchy looking people around. Dont waste your time with this location.

  This bank has discriminatory tellers. A relative of mine tried to cash his check and he did bring in a form of ID that was NOT expired. The teller perceives to tell him that the check has not been used in 10 days. thats none of her damn business. She had a very nasty attitude. Way to bring in 2025 Wells Fargo.
