I have a business account with them and only one of their employees seems to know how to handle my account. It takes me over 15 minutes to cash a check. I came in there today to check a balance on one of my TD Bank debit cards and the machine did not give it back. so at that point I had to wait in the teller line for about another 15 minutes just for her to tell me I cannot receive the card there. I have to call the people and accountant with my business to issue me another one. I have to wait at least two or three months like I did last year for another card. I would never recommend TD Bank to no one. This is the most inconvenient bank I have ever went to especially this one in Atco.
- IGI GAug 25, 20251.0This morning, I went to TD in Atco New Jersey to deposit my money, three employees were standing behind the counter, one was serving the customer, two other standing behind her facing the wall , none of them acknowledged me, no “hi” no “give us a second”. The one who was serving, the customer was so excited to tell Him story of her life, story about two dogs. I waited for five minutes still not being acknowledged and left. I went to a different location up the street, Berlin location. The manager was standing up from grading the customer. Ask if anybody needs help. I was served in a minute, 5 stars for them
