  had a 2 pm appointment i made days in advance. on arrival was told it would be a few minutes and our advisor was with another client, no problem. 15, 20, 30 minutes passed.at this point i was very upset because i had somewhere else to be. we went up and expressed this to them and asked if anyone else could possibly help us as we had a 2 pm appt and it was now 2:30. “no one else was available”. i understand they were busy but we had an appt. after 45 minutes we gave up and walked out as I was late to my next appointment. a wait that is 10,15 minutes fine i understand. but 40+ minutes is ridiculous for someone who had an appt. they clearly prioritized whoever they were with first and didn’t care about us or our appt. will not be returning

  Peggy at the Wells Fargo branch on de mercurio drive in Allendale went above and beyond to help me. She should be commended for her helpfulness and professionalism.

  I don’t even know where to start. I was running to a few banks to change my name, due to a marriage. There was a huge difference in the customer service I received here and other banks. I’ve had Wells Fargo for over 15 years, back when it used to be Wachovia and I’ve never had a problem until I came to this particular location. Now I’m worried about going to other locations to finish what I couldn’t here.. it seems all Wells Fargo’s reviews are negative in my search. I arrived to the bank and was not greeted at the door. There were two bankers talking at their desk and I felt uncomfortable approaching them. After explaining that I needed to change my name on my account they said I needed to wait 30 mins for a wire transfer to complete. I was confused and for awhile didn’t respond trying to understand what she was talking about. Then she directed me to the teller who asked me what I needed. After telling her what I needed, she asked me for my debit card and then called the same woman who directed me to her (who was sitting 10 feet away lol) and told me that there’s only two bankers here that are working on a wire transfer that will take 32 minutes. She asked if I would sit and wait to which I responded uhm no and walked away. I have better things to do than to be treated like an unvalued customer tyvm.
