She took it out of MY account. How does this even happen? I live out of state and had to call TD to report suspicious activity on my account because the teller was incompetent for a simple task my mom wanted done. Seriously??? This teller should be fired and not trusted with peoples bank accounts.

One employee only out on the floor. Went back today and wish we hadn’t. People in customer service who have no business being in customer service. Employee was very condescending and rude. There’s too many other options, don’t pick this one.
