Today I went in and again they turned me down on closing out my CD. Told me I need an appointment. Why didn’t you tell me that last time?

I planned to open an account and Armin was extremely helpful, John took care the rest of the paperwork and was very patient. Bank tellers are wonderful too! Hopefully good service stay the same when I come back. This branch is very busy, people in and out as like every bank in town but everyone was nice and accomodating.
