    This is so crazy in the past 2 days I've been trying to call TD bank in Tilton NH about 20 times or more about something very important and they don't answer everytime goes to voicemail and no point wasting your time and leaving a voicemail cause they don't ever call back i just opened bank account here and thinking about closing it already cause if they can't do simple things like answer phone and return calls then that's really sad and do I really want them handling my my probably not.

    I have never had such a negative experience in banking in my entire life. My little sister Emily had an account with her mom on it, filled out the paperwork to take her mom off of it (with her mom present back in June), and then had $300 taken out to cover overdraws on her mother's account despite the fact that her mother should no longer have been on the account. This was in September, and they bought that nothing could be done except to fill out the paperwork again and eat the overdraw. The branch claimed that Crystal had been fired for failing to do her job, and somehow the responsibility for that was Emily's and not a national bank's to cover the consequences of. Well this happened again 3 days ago, with another $250 coming out. We spent an hour at the bank where Amber MacLean (Assistant Store Manager) found out in front of us that the paperwork had bounced back to take her mother off the account (paperwork Amber herself helped them with in September), a fact that we were never notified of. She then said we could call the back office to have it fixed. The back office assured us that it is fraudulent to remove funds from an account where all of the paperwork had been filled out, and said they were emailing the branch about next steps. This was another 3 hours of our day gone. Then we went back to the bank where Sandra Tarzian (the Vice president and store manager) said we had to fill out the paperwork again to have her mother taken off, but the overdraws would not be investigated because they "did everything right" despite failing to do their job several times starting all the way back in June, and never notifying Emily or her mother that they failed to remove her from the account. We were then on the phone for another 2 hours that night with the back office who assured us that this was not okay, but that we would have to go through the district manager and the store manager (the same one who wouldn't admit to any wrongdoing and was extremely disrespectful and condescending to us earlier that day). Now my little sister is out over $500, has been crying for 48 hours worried about covering bills, and spent more than 6 hours of her day off trying to fix the bank's screw up. We're left reaching out to a district manager and submitting complaints to the government. Do NOT go through this bank. They are terrible and you will be expected to live with the consequences of their mistakes as they have no accountability. Although the teller Shania was at least nice.
