    Sitting there wtg for customer service and the guy behind the desk did EVERYTHING possible to stall time for legit 5min not making eye contact with anyone. Then just as he wa done doing nothing he called a Girls name next saying she has an appointment?! Even though u could have taken us as she wasn’t even there yet! So friggin rude. Almost like we didn’t have an appointment so we weren’t worthy . Horrible bank! Aclll

    I think it’s horrible that an 80 year old woman walked in to ask for some help with her car that was stuck in the parking lot and the teller turned his back to her. What a weird place to not help a senior citizen in need? Like just call the woman a tow truck? Pretty weird if you ask me

    I just wanted to get this experience out there about the poor service I received from the drive thru location of the T D Bank in Salem NH. I was just cashing a check written from a family member (same last name) to me for under $200 from their bank. They said they had to charge me $10 to cash that check. I had proper ID but because I didn't have an account there, they would charge me $10. EXTORTION! My relative that wrote that check is canceling his accounts there. Poor service, poor customer service. Don't bank there.
