They literally make you jump through a million hoops and once you jump through them... you find out you have another million hoops to jump through again just to open a bank account! Are you serious!? It shouldn't be that complicated! I came back here over 10 times because they kept telling me I needed this and that. I finally gave up and went to Eastern Bank which they opened my account the day of. No BS. Customer service sucks. These people don't know how to talk to customers politely. The managers here are miserable, snobby, and rude.
